Workplace Assessment

Behavior Risk & Threat Assessment

Behavior Risk and Threat Assessment (BTAT) training addresses the risks for potential violence from a colleague, patient, family member, friend, or student who may be a potential threat to their environment.

This assessment is centered around identifying potential risks and unhealthy behaviors through observation. Identifying suspicious actions that a may lead to violence or harm to the suspicious person or to others is a valuable skill.

At JRM, our sessions look at assessing mental health needs based on behaviors. You can use various assessment tools to help identify individuals who potentially pose a threat, helping to keep your environment safe. Our BTAT training is open to people in all fields, not just psychologists or psychiatrists.
