JRM&A BIPOC & Mental Health Resource List

At JRM&A, the wellbeing and mental health of our clients and followers is a priority. Our goal as a trauma clinic is to help people overcome struggles in their life that are keeping them from living a life of fulfillment, peace, and contentment. With over 14 years of experience, JRM&A has cultivated a  process that helps people work through the challenges of everyday life, process past experiences, and find ways to look forward to a better future.

It is important to remember that when in crisis or if you or a loved on is experiencing suicidal thoughts, ideations or desires, please call 988, 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

To best support those in our community we have compiled a list of confidential 24/7 hotlines, nearby treatment locators, LGBTQ+ support, BIPOC, and educational information. These resources are intended to give you as much information as possible to help guide you or someone you love towards the path to recovery, whatever the challenges may be.
