Frequently Asked Questions

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
We offer reduced fees for US Armed Services Members. Other reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

48-hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows time for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged a fee for your appointment.

If you either forget or consciously chose to forgo your appointment for any reason, you will be considered “no-show” and will be charged a fee for your appointment, as this is considered a “missed” appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.

Regardless of the length of the “late arrival” session, you will be responsible for paying for the “full” session. Out of respect for your therapist and for our other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time!

If your therapist is running behind, they will make sure to honor the full session time, regardless of when the session starts.

We look forward to serving you!

The No Surprises Act requires that we inform you orally and in writing of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, whether or not a client is uninsured or if a client elects not to use their insurance.
